The PowerLaser is a portable device that is offered as a completely sealed system which is powered by a unique rechargeable battery. Each diode of the laser produces a 1000 mW hyper-pulsed laser beam which is diffused for safety, and has been cleared by the FDA as a class IIIB therapeutic device. Besides its professional-grade, heavy-duty manufacture, it also provides the user with three unique properties which make it both a pleasure to use and an effective therapeutic device in everyday practice. These include 1) a touchscreen, 2) an adjustable tactile vibration, and 3) an equally adjustable audio signal – all of which make the PowerLaser not only effective, but also a genuine pleasure to use. By providing both a physical vibration and an audio tone, both the practitioner and the patient are aware of whenever the instrument is actually at work emitting laser light. This provides such a natural feedback to the therapist that the laser’s operation allows them to focus easily on the treatment itself, instead of being distracted by making adjustments to the device.
